Who receives your information

The Curate Group, LLC d/b/a Role Model receives the information you submit to recruit talent and discuss potential brand partnerships.

What we collect and why

Talent applications include contact details, date of birth to check our 18+ eligibility requirement, campus information, social handles, experience, a photo and any optional answers. Business inquiries include organization and contact information, campaign interests, timing and budget.

We use this information to review your submission, assess a potential fit and contact you about next steps. A submission is not a booking, payment authorization or guarantee of acceptance or work. Do not submit government IDs, payment details or sensitive documents.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored for review in our private administrative system. Application photos are not public profiles. Hosting and storage providers process information to operate the website. We do not sell your application or inquiry information.

The site also records a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit automated submissions. This is used for submission protection, not advertising.

Contact and choices

Submitting permits us to follow up about your application or inquiry; it is not consent to unrelated marketing. To request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion, contact info@joinrolemodel.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If you later join the network or enter a campaign, additional agreements and relevant privacy information will be provided for that stage.
